Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your hunt date. This deposit secures your spot and allows us to plan and prepare for your hunt.
Client Cancellations
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you cancel at least 5 days before your scheduled hunt, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future hunt to be used within the current season or as otherwise approved by Fowl Play Outfitters.
• Cancellations made with less than 5 days’ notice, no-shows, or failure to arrive on time will forfeit the deposit.
Weather & Hunting Conditions Your safety and the quality of your experience are our top priorities. If we cancel a hunt due to unsafe weather, flooding, or other conditions beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your hunt.
We also reserve the right to reschedule a hunt if bird activity or migration conditions are not sufficient to provide the quality hunting experience we strive to deliver. While no hunt can guarantee a harvest, we are committed to giving every client the best opportunity for a successful and enjoyable hunt.
